Shopee Seller Centre Guide Singapore (2026)
Everything in your Seller Centre dashboard — orders, listings, ads, analytics, finance, and performance metrics — explained clearly.
What is Shopee Seller Centre?
Shopee Seller Centre (seller.shopee.sg) is the web dashboard where Singapore sellers run their entire Shopee operation. Every function you need — listing products, processing orders, running ads, tracking revenue — lives here. It is separate from the Shopee buyer app and from the Shopee Seller mobile app.
The full desktop Seller Centre gives access to features not available on mobile, including advanced analytics, bulk listing tools, and campaign management. If you are serious about growing on Shopee, you need to be comfortable in the desktop dashboard.
Navigating the dashboard
The left sidebar is the main navigation. The key sections are:
- Order Management — all incoming orders, pending shipment, completed orders, returns and refunds
- Product Management — your listings, bulk editing, listing health, and prohibited items
- My Shop — your shop profile, decoration, categories, and vouchers
- Marketing Centre — Shopee Ads, Shopee Live, Affiliate Programme, and promotional tools
- Data Analytics — Business Insights, product performance, traffic sources
- Finance — income statement, payout history, fee rates, and bank account management
- Shop Performance — your seller score, listing penalties, and demerit points
Managing orders
When a buyer places an order, it appears in Order Management under "To Process". You have a handling time window (typically 2 business days) to arrange pick-up or drop-off with your logistics partner. Missing this window triggers a late shipment demerit.
Tip: Set up automated shipping label printing via a connected thermal label printer. At volume, printing labels one by one is the biggest operational time sink.
Order statuses move through: To Process → Shipped → Completed. Returns sit in a separate queue under "Return/Refund". Always respond to return requests within 48 hours to avoid escalations.
Product listing management
Product Management is where you create, edit, and monitor your listings. Key features:
- Add New Product — the listing creation flow. The most important fields for search ranking are the title, category, and attributes. See our Shopee listing title guide for title best practices.
- Bulk Edit — update price, stock, or attributes across many listings at once via CSV upload. Essential for shops with 50+ SKUs.
- Listing Health — Shopee flags listings that violate policies or have poor-quality images. Listings with health issues rank lower in search.
- Sold Out Management — out-of-stock listings lose ranking quickly. Set up low-stock alerts and replenish before selling out.
Marketing Centre and Shopee Ads
Marketing Centre is where you run paid advertising and participate in Shopee campaigns. The main tools are:
Shopee Ads
The Shopee Ads dashboard has three ad types: Search Ads (product-level CPC ads that appear in search results), Shop Ads (shop-level ads in discovery placements), and Shopee Live Ads. Start with Search Ads — they have the most direct relationship between spend and sales.
Set up Search Ads at the campaign level first, then ad group level by product. Use Shopee's keyword suggestions as a starting point but add your own branded and category-specific terms. Review your ROAS (return on ad spend) weekly and pause keywords with no conversions after 200+ clicks.
Vouchers and promotions
My Shop Vouchers lets you create shop-level discount vouchers (percentage off, fixed amount off, or free shipping). These appear in Shopee's voucher discovery section and can be distributed via your product listings. Vouchers are one of the highest-converting tools for first-time buyers.
Shopee Live
Shopee Live is the in-platform live selling feature. Streams are integrated with the product catalogue so viewers can purchase directly. See our live selling tips guide — many of the same tactics apply across platforms.
Data Analytics — Business Insights
Business Insights is the analytics section. The most important metrics to track weekly:
- Shop visits — total and unique visitors to your shop page
- Product impressions — how many times your listings appeared in search results
- Click-through rate (CTR) — clicks ÷ impressions. Low CTR usually means your main listing image or price is uncompetitive
- Conversion rate — orders ÷ product page visits. Low conversion usually means listing content or price needs work
- Revenue breakdown — sales by product, by date range, and by traffic source
The Traffic Sources tab shows where your buyers come from — Shopee search, Shopee Ads, external sources, and direct shop visits. A healthy shop generates meaningful organic search traffic over time.
Finance and payouts
Finance shows your income statement — what Shopee owes you after deducting commission, transaction fees, and any penalties. Payouts are processed on a rolling schedule (typically every 7–14 days after order completion). You can see your pending balance and transfer history here.
The Fee Rates tab shows your current commission and transaction fee rates by category. Check this if you suspect rates have changed. For a full breakdown of what Shopee charges, see our Shopee seller fees guide →
Shop Performance and seller score
Shop Performance tracks the metrics Shopee uses to determine your seller tier and search ranking. The key metrics are:
- Overall rating — average star rating from buyers. Anything below 4.5 starts to hurt search visibility
- Response rate and response time — how quickly you reply to buyer messages. Target: >90% response rate, <1 hour response time
- Late shipment rate — percentage of orders shipped after the handling time deadline. Target: <1%
- Non-fulfilment rate — percentage of confirmed orders you cancel. Target: <0.5%
- Penalty points — demerit points from policy violations
Preferred Seller status requires maintaining all metrics above Shopee's thresholds over a rolling 30-day window.
The Shopee Seller mobile app
The Shopee Seller app (separate from the buyer app) lets you manage orders, reply to messages, and check basic analytics on mobile. It is useful for responding to customer messages quickly, but lacks the full feature set of the desktop Seller Centre. Use the app for day-to-day order operations and the desktop dashboard for strategy and analytics.
